Halyan is a wannabe lawyer stuck in a corrupt bureaucracy. His world seems built to keep him a lowly man. When change marched around the corner, he is the first to dive headlong into the water. The revolution was built on promise and hope. But the fight against the tyrant was only the first phase of the war.
