Slowdeath storie

A short story that follows an unnamed character as they recount their final days in a apocalyptic world lost at sea. However, is this all there is to the story? Perhaps there is more to this, but there's only one way to find out....

It really was just an average day. We walked around blissfully unaware of all the horrid things that would occur in just a few short hours. Then, it all went to hell. We really were too young for this, but we all have to make sacrifices. True evil in this world shines. Sacrificing all in the name of survival. Here is the story of Hell on Earth and how 4 teens try to survive it all.

~Her insides are rotting. She can smell her own decay~ Amorey has nothing to look forward to. She spends most of her time sleeping, and when she isn't sleeping strange thoughts overtake her. Sometimes she starts to think she isn't real. The only activity that makes her actually want to get out of bed is working in her tomato garden. Still, this isn't enough to rid her of the incredible feelings of isolation and loneliness that are crushing her. She often wishes that Nita was still around, but her older sister left home when she was sixteen, after a falling out with their father, and Amorey has rarely seen her since. Then, everything changes. Amorey is reunited with her mysterious half-sister Rachel. Amorey can barely remember the anxious and disfigured girl who came to stay with her family one fateful winter, the same winter that her mother died in a tragic fire. Despite this, Amorey finds herself becoming close to Rachel very quickly. She isn't Nita, but it's still nice to have a sister again. It doesn't take long for the two to form an intense bond. When Rachel tells Amorey that she purchased the plot of land where their mother died, and asks Amorey to come to New Hampshire with her, Amorey feels like she finally has the purpose she has been lacking in her life. Amorey loves the idea. This new sisterly bond seems like a dream come true. But dreams distort into maddening nightmares, as the two take up residence deep in the woods of the New Hampshire mountains. As Amorey twists about in the unknown, wondering if she can trust this burnt and angry young woman, something dark settles into her heart. An icky has dug its claws into her. She can feel it killing her. Her insides are rotting. She smell her own decay.

This is one of my AU stories!! In this story, I'll introduce a new role called The Carniger, where I took inspiration from the word Carnage for the name!! here are the roles and characters(They will also be in the prologue) Red[♂️]: Impostor and one of the main characters. Orange[♀️]: Crewmate, morally gray character with strong sarcasm Yellow[♂️]: Crewmate. Silly, yet unbelievably awkward. Banana[⚧️]: Crewmate. They specialise in medical care forensic science(which we learn later on) Lime[♀️]: Crewmate. The most logical of the crew. She never trusts her gut and allways follows the most logical claim Green[♂️]: Impostor. Despite being an Impostor, though, he gets disgusted by the scent and taste of blood. Cyan[♂️]: Crewmate. Another Scientist, but he specializes in the collection of general DNA samples. Purple[♀️]: Crewmate. She's also the mother of Purple Jr! Purple Jr.[♂️]: the toddler son on Purple. He doesn't speak, though. White[♂️]: Crewmate. He's a detective, and the second main character. The Carniger[Gender Unknown]: Identity unknown. it has shape shifted to be part of the crewmates.the only question is... who did it shape shift into?

Angels get happy endings. That's just how the world works. It's almost a perfect system, except we're all forgetting that no one is an angel. No matter how perfect you may seem to someone, you are not an angel and there is no unwritten rule that say you deserve a happy ending. No one get's the happy ending they dream of, we just have to take what we get. This is the story of a boy and a girl who are too late to realize that this world is cruel and harsh, and not even them are destined for a happy ending the way they think they deserve.

This is basically a book where each chapter has a short story of one person. Each person will die a different death from one another but in a way they are all connected.
