Harry was just a young child when it happened. He lived with his unloving relatives in Surrey. 5 years of abuse took its toll on him by the time he was 6 years old. He noticed everything becoming quieter and quieter everyday but what he didn't realise was what it meant. When he woke up one morning not hearing a thing, it scared him. Wouldn't it scare you too? When his eleventh birthday rolled around, he got a letter to go to a school that if he went by logic, shouldn't have existed at all. What will people think when they find out he's deaf? Harry certainly doesn't want to find out. He tries and succeeds in hiding from some but others won't be fooled. *there will be mentions of physical and mental abuse and descriptions of injuries caused by this so please be careful when reading*

Harry is lost trying to find the 9 3/4 train but instead of encountering Ron's family he crashes against our dear blond Draco Malfoy. (At least 95% of it I must say the concept of Draco and Harry meeting on King Cross Station or on the Train has been used already)

What would have happened if Harry had been adopted by a Mikaelson? Well, here, we will find out. Harry was only four when he was adopted, a cute age to be adopted but not for Harry. Most people cannot touch Harry, but this will change after being adopted. Harry's whole demeanor changes, for the better.

A Harry Potter AU in which he didn't meet Draco at Madam Malkin's and never sat with Ron on the train. With the 'loving' hands of the Slytherin house, Harry really steps into the traits that are known for the house. We get an insight into what the hat meant when he said the Slytherin house could help him achieve greatness. Harry is not light or dark at the beginning, and he feels rather inclined to be on a third side - his own. Whether that stance changes, we'll have to see. I'm writing this fic mostly with the personality of canon Harry, but with Slytherin influence. I'm a Slytherin, and so I feel I can accurately represent the house. For the beginning, no pairings, but pairings may come up as the story evolves. Draco will be a 'prat' like in canon. I love Drarry, but Draco is an ass at the beginning, and little Harry will initially still see him as a spoiled bully like Dudley. He may receive redemption, but that's up to him and his pride. Sirius Black makes the smart choice and doesn't go after Pettigrew when James and Lily are killed. Instead he takes Harry from the cottage and raises him away from Dumbledore's reach as Albus tries to gain control over Harry's life to use him as a weapon when the Dark Lord finally returns. With Dumbledore failing in this Harry is raised by Sirius at Black manor living in secret to avoid the attention of the wizarding world and Dumbledore until Harry is ready to return at the age of 11 and throw Dumbledore for a loop.
