This is the world. The world we fight to protect. The world we fight to destroy. The world I was trapped in. - Watchers were sent down to Earth to try and sway a boy to join them. He was seen as a strong asset; one who could be a good tactician. The angels ran some heart foundation that protected the world and gave them love. An angel was also sent down to try and protect the boy. He was smart, yes, but if he went with the Watchers he could cause the next "game". The games the Watchers put on halted the entire world and grabbed fourteen poor teenagers and threw them into a state of desperate survival. The angels were there to try and prevent any chance of that happening, taking extra precautions so they didn't make the same mistake that caused the last one. So here we are. A manipulative Watcher named Grian sent down to Earth to try and lie his way towards Impulse, and a loving angel named Skizz sent down to Earth to try and console his way towards the same boy. The two are housed at different families that each have similar connections towards Impulse. Along the way, the two get caught up in personal relationships with the people, along with each other. Will the two continue the protecting and puzzling path towards Impulse, or will they try and find a way to stop the whole plan that caused nothing but harm? After all, no one in the world is a complete angel. ~ I know I didn't do a Halloween special last year but this time I've come back swinging! And by that, I mean I've this finished since the summer.
