nothing beats the simple pleasure of reading a good book. not involving teas or coffees here because i am a fresh juice or lime water person <3

its sunset. but she isn't chasing it, for once. the sky for once is a whisper instead of a scream. the only important sounds are of their quiet breathing and the wind against the beige cotton curtains. she has no flights to catch & nowhere else to be. these moments are eternity. -About mothers and their importance, about fathers and their absences. About friendships, about love and how they are one and the same. About holding your own heart above and beyond all. About letting go and about holding on to people. About closing your eyes and not feeling lonely anymore. About healing.

Let something different find you. What do free drinks, fireworks, and Berkeley have in common? Nothing. But each in its own way taught me valuable lessons about allowing room for the element of spontaneity in everyday life.
