It's a pending story, that I'll just keep adding to as time goes on, and hopefully, we'll have a completed story by the end of it. ----- He was frighteningly good at this, she thought, Margaret had not sensed even a waiver of admitting defeat, Charles' eyes wide open, glaring at her. There he stood towering over her, and there she stood with her neck so far bent she was sure it would displace itself anytime now. Had it really been that long? It had felt certain they were in the garden plucking daisies just yesterday, running back home to Margaret's grandparents' summerhouse only to be scolded for their dirty attire. However, things had changed now, the air between them had no longer felt the same since Charles had pulled her aside last summer, to the greenhouse along the beach, only to confess his feelings for her... ------

This started as something for school but I decided to continue the story.
