After his dream is finally crushed, Izuku isn't quite sure there's anything left for him to live for, but...he can't exactly kill himself either, not without hurting the people he cares the most about. So, when he realizes that the quirkless can't technically be vigilantes, it seems like the best of both worlds. Ok let's get right to the punt ya Izuku is a part of the Yagi family tho Izumi Katsumi Shota and shoto treat him like hell Katsuki stands up for izuku and is his best friend izuku doesn't have a quirk but has an iq of 437 making him smarter than everyone around him Izuku uses this to his advantage and creates (iron man) repulsive blasters (only the glows) and jet boots that help him float for 30 seconds izuku has also created a AI known as Friday and his keeps Friday in his visor he is also good at parkour and it's his hobby and since he doesn't have a quirk Eraserhead gives him permission to be a vigilante Watch as he goes on his adventure
