Description: Hero society depends on ranking and power. When a vigilante begins intervening in incidents without recognition or footage, those patterns start failing. Izuku Midoriya was once part of that system. Now he operates outside it, appearing briefly and leaving behind situations heroes struggle to explain. As rumors spread and mistakes accumulate, students and professionals alike are forced to confront weaknesses they never had to question before. This is not a story about becoming a hero. It is about what happens when certainty stops working.

Izuku Midoriya learns he's Quirkless and becomes depressed. However one day he finds his inspiration in a kids show from centuries back so famous and revolutionary in media that they've kept it around.

UA CIVIL WAR GAME - Izuku was being different, weird. Well, not that many noticed. He was a good actor. but of course, his actions hadn't passed their principal.. What if Deku's parents die before meeting her. Her father die in a mission while saving a civilian from a villain. Her mother due to child birth. Since they have no other relatives. young Izuka Midoriya was entrusted to Mitsuki Bakugo and Masaru Bakugo, and her name was change into Izuka Katsuki and was raise along with there son that was only a month old to the young. And of course in there kindergarten year they already popular as the Danger duo, one with ash brown hair with hazel but eyes and the other ligth brown hair with ligth green eyes. one having an explosive quirk, the other a quirk named 'Ninja quirk', natural genius always tied in top one and of course foul mouth. But Izuka when she feels like it. (A/N: By the way I'm making Deku blond with green highlights)

Izuku Midoriya, a young, talented students with a big dream. He wants to be a hero. He wants to prove to everyone that despite being quirkless, he's going to make it as a hero. After accidentally befriending Nezu and impressing him, Deku gets his hero license and is sent on his first ever mission. An undercover mission. Deku had to act like a villain, help and gather information about the infamous league of villains.

In a world with magic instead of quirks. There would be plenty of mages who become heroes. Though also plenty of villains have magic. But what if Izuku is the first necromancer to attempt the path of a hero. What if he finds out the true nature of magic and learns how the universe works (Undertale and mha are owned by there respective owners. This story is owned by vampiric mage)

Izuku yagi is the son of the no. 1 and no. 5 hero people thinks everything is perfect for izuku but his parents alongside with his sister forget and neglect him when his diagnose quirkless One day he past out under the bridge because of the beating he got from his 'friend'. Two couples save him and bought him to the hospital and find out soon

izuku midoriya was diagnosed with a speed quirk that is very powerful. with it can run faster than all might pre-injury so about 22369.363 mph or about 36000.0001279 kmph (thank you google) he didn't show it off but everyone knew what it was and did not bat an eye. he was respected among his classmates and teachers for being both powerful and smart until one day...this is where the story begins i hope you all enjoy it (i do not own my hero academia, settings, art, or any source material used in this fan fiction)

So in this Izuku is the literal embodiment of overpowered on an infinite amount of steriods(I do not condone any substance abuse) -So yeah in this story has two quirks first: Manipulation It allows deku to manipulate anything known to man and not known to man like time, space, speed, power, strength, cell etc. Obsolete Just gonna call it that. So it makes any quirk dampener obsolete and any erasure obsolete.
