This is a chilling setup for Chapter 4. It shifts the tone from the industrial decay of Playcare to a more visceral "slaughterhouse" atmosphere. Here is a narrative rewrite that builds on the tension and environmental storytelling of the Poppy Playtime series.

After he stopped her plan of suicide, she begins to believe in Jack and realises he must have heard everything. In an attempt to push him away to not cause him any pain, Delilah flees and runs to her run-down house, not aware that Jack's not going to give up that easily and is following her. Jack sees something that night that would tear any person apart...and it's not even happening to him... To Jack it's the worse thing in the world, even worse than his 300 years alone, but to Delilah, it's an everyday obligation... Who else sees what happens to Delilah? And for how long have they known? But most importantly...what have they got planned for her? Although, is she really JUST and ordinary teenager?...
