Wren, an 18 year old girl from Colorado, goes on a DC trip for her senior year with the rest of her class. She's not very excited for it, though, since just a week ago her boyfriend cheated on her with her best friend. It takes all she has just to keep from crying as she boards the bus. However, on the trip to DC, things don't quite go as planned and she ends up getting split up from her group and meeting an adventurous boy named Berrant, who helps her forget about her troubles for a little while. Will their time together be a short as the trip, though?
