A maritime short story written for the Marine Society's Writing@Sea competition in 2013. The story features a down on his luck workboat skipper who is tempted by the easy money of modern day smuggling on the east coast of England. It is set in the early days of the offshore windfarm construction boom when many coastal seamen risked it all in the hopes of striking it rich.

This story starts with the arrival of a boy named Aron in Galena with the intention of education but accidentally gets involved a very strange haunted mystery which takes quite strange turns later on. Watch as Aron along with his friend Ben gets unexpected clues on the mystery which encourages him to follow up the leads. This story will not only excite you, but put you in a suspense that you wouldn't be able to resist from reading.
