This book contains information about habit prevention first adds do's and don'ts. I have studied and researched what to do in these life or death situations. I hope that by writing this book you do not become more fearful of the wondrous creatures around you but find a new deep respect and love for them and come to see them the way that I have. I wish you luck and that you never have to use any of the information in this book for yourself.
