Two girls with a tragic past go to California for the summer to get a fresh start. Who they meet there bring the sunshine back into their lives.

Two sets of twins lived next door to each other for the majority of their childhood. Two girls and two boys. They were best friends, partners in crime, and basically family. But when the girls move away from New Jersey they're separated. Will they see each other again? When they do will their relationships change? Are the Dolans the same boys they remember as kids or did fame change them?
