Once a century, The Red Moon appeared in the sky. It was a beautiful and unique moment, everyone at Watford was there to see it - everyone besides Baz. He stayed in his room ashamed of God knew what. At midnight, as people were looking up at the sky, something came out of the woods and attacked them : vampires. Ten years after they killed Baz's mom, they are back.

1st Person (switching pov) Heavy Angst Three years after Simon and Baz graduated from Watford. Three years after Simon lost his magic. Three years since Baz and Simon started dating. But, they didn't even know if they still could be sure of that anymore. Recently, (well, if you want to call a year recent) Simon had been drifting away. He hasn't felt worthy of anything since he defeated the Humdrum, not even Baz's love. Ever since Baz was a child, he heard stories of the miraculous Simon Snow and his incredible adventures in Neverland. For Baz, stories of Simon are more than just stories--they are true. The tales become his way to escape his harsh reality and his old-fashioned family. So, when his sister is old enough to understand, he tells her about Simon Snow and his battles with The Insidious Humdrum and how he and his fairy help-mate, Penelope, save Neverland on a daily basis. What Baz doesn't know is that there's always someone lurking outside his window when he tells these stories. Ever since Simon was born, he knew that the real world wasn't the place for him. His mother died during childbirth and his father, in turn, became an abusive drunk. So, when Simon was seventeen, he escaped to Neverland where he would never have to grow up and be like his father. Now that he's been there for so long (he lost track of the years overtime) he starts to wander back into the real world to see how things have changed. One night he hears, through an open window, a silky voice telling stories of Simon Snow the Great Adventurer. The boy that didn't want to grow up. So Simon hovers outside the window night after night, just to hear what the boy has to say. One night, Simon finds himself going in through the window to try and find his shadow and meets the mysterious story-teller. Who, as he finds out, is not just mysterious--he is incredibly attractive.

After The trio's (Rather Shit) Road Trip, Simon, Baz and Penny, (Now with Agatha and the pain-in-the-ass of a Normal Shepard tagging along) Rush back to Watford, where Something terrible has happened... The body of the Mage has been stolen. It turns out that The Mage's Men, including Penny's brother Premal are determined to bring the Mage back to life, and to his former glory. Which puts a spanner in the works for pretty much everyone. So Simon, Baz, and Penny are off again to track down the Mage's Men before they Screw up Big time. A cursed Normal, determined mage, And two boyfriends barely holding on?
