Y/N is a medic who lost her love through her line of work. She stops doing what she does best and goes on a break. After three years she gets a call of an old work friend, and has to decide wether or not she'll join the team that they are making or to say no and live a life of peace and quiet. Whilst on the team she meets a cold lieutenant. Best known as Simon "Ghost" Riley. He's cold and harsh towards her, and makes it known that he doesn't want her there. This will hopefully be a series of books, maybe 3 book series, or a fourth. I also can't promise updates on this story so often though I will try my best to do so, and I hope this book is good! This is a simple fluffy story with the lads of 141 and a lovely little puppy. 'She who was cradled in a storm, to quiet she is a stranger.' Nancy, Chief Warrant Officer 3, 28 year old woman still in search of who she is, why, and what. She just stood there, amidst the chaos around and within, not knowing what's next. The aimlessness took a toll on her, she longed for a purpose, for a feeling of relating. Yet she knew this was her destiny, she'd stare at the dirty mirror,reflecting her tired face, and know this is what she was made for. Then why does her heart not cooperate?
