With the advancement of technology, we have created virtual social networks with a virtual reality where we create our virtual selves and virtually interact with each other. It is disappointing that all of this is just a figment of our imagination and we find comfort and solace withing what we had created. Maybe, that's why it's so hard to log out from the internet and log in to life. What have I got to lose if I post an essay/assignment on here, right? This is an essay I wrote for my sociology class back when I was still in college based on the show "Frontline" Generation Like which was the documentary presented to us during the class. The content of this essay is to be taken in a subjective point of view and is published here for the sole purpose of sharing an idea with no intention of offending anyone who encounters the said article.
