She was the girl who bandaged scraped knees and studied anatomy by flashlight. She was the daughter who sent half her paycheck home. She was the sister who braided hair on Sunday afternoons. Then one night in a house that smelled of old money and older pain, she became someone else entirely. A case number. A headline. A cautionary tale. Inside Westmoreland Correctional Center, Taryn Hollis learns that survival is not about becoming harder. It is about refusing to let the world decide who you are. Between concrete walls and counted spoons, she finds a family forged in unlikely places. A Korean American accountant who stole to save her mother. A Navajo tattoo artist fighting the same demons that killed her own. A German seamstress who knit her way through thirty years of silence. Together, they are not innocent. They are not simple. They are human. And humanity, Taryn discovers, is the only thing that cannot be confiscated at intake. This is not a story about whether she deserved to be there. It is a story about what remains when everything else is stripped away. It is about the distance between accountability and annihilation. It is about going home to yourself when the world has already buried your name. © 2026 Relle H.

Nina is born in a small town where girls are expected to be silent, obedient, and ordinary. But Nina is different. From childhood, she questions everything-why politicians only visit before elections, why farmers struggle despite promises, why corruption thrives while truth suffers. Armed with a diary and a fearless heart, Nina dreams of becoming a journalist-not for glamour, but to give a voice to the voiceless. As she grows, she battles opposition at every step: At home, her father demands she abandon "foolish dreams" and marry early. At college, she clashes with corrupt student leaders and exposes bribery. At work, as a rookie reporter, she faces harassment, censorship, and powerful enemies who try to silence her. But Nina refuses to bow down. When her explosive investigation into a political scam is buried by her own newsroom, she takes the biggest risk of her life-starting her own independent news platform. Her stories ignite a storm across the nation. Farmers march, students protest, citizens demand justice. For every threat and attack she faces, Nina answers with stronger truth. Slowly, she transforms from a struggling small-town girl into a symbol of courage and integrity-a journalist whose pen becomes mightier than any weapon. In her 20s, Nina achieves not just personal success, but also inspires thousands of young women to rise, to question, and to lead. This is the story of fire and resilience. The story of one girl's fight against lies, corruption, and fear. The story of Nina-the voice of truth.

Set in a world of grand balls and rigid societal expectations, Aurelia is a woman of noble blood whose family has fallen from grace. On the planet of Odān, the world grows in to a gradual chaos as the time encompasses the rebirth of a prophesied king, the Jorān - pioneer of justice, messenger of Zors, protector of the mankind and saviour of Odān. The rich mythology of this world and tales of its past creates different pathways made of belief, fear and desperation among its people. As the three great nations - Sirin, Wrunga and Quāsgard, develop fractures of mistrust in their mutually agreed peace treaty, the possibility of a war sprouts for the very first time in 2000 years, since the departure of their first Jorān. With the current circumstances indicating the rebirth of their avatar, the ideals and motives of several individuals, organisations, cults, governments and group of people, trying to bring peace and order to their world would raise some serious questions - the existence of Zors (gods), the accuracy in their age old history, the mystery of the supernatural and the righteousness of their world leaders. As everyone make their own move in a game to glorify Odān, it triggers a series of unexpected events, disturbing the world peace with ripples of prophecy.

In a small zinc-roof house in Jamestown, where the rain leaks through the ceiling and hope is often in short supply, lives a little girl with a voice too big for her body. *Nora Mensah is five years old.* When she sings, the whole compound stops to listen. Fishermen forget their nets. Babies stop crying. Even the rain seems to quiet down. But a beautiful voice cannot pay school fees. It cannot buy medicine. And it cannot fix a leaking roof. When Nora's mother, *Ama*, suffers a stroke and the hospital bills pile higher than they can ever afford, Nora makes a decision. She will use the only gift she has. She will sing. From the crowded stalls of *Makola Market* to the Friday night stage at a bar in *Kaneshie*, Nora's voice begins to travel. A tourist records her. The video goes viral. And suddenly, the world is listening to a girl from Jamestown. But fame brings new problems. Judgment. Pressure. Choices no child should have to make. And through it all, Nora holds on to one promise written in her old notebook: _"One day I will buy Mama a house that never leaks when it rains."_ With the help of *Esi Shaw*, a stranger who sees more in Nora than just talent, and the songs passed down from her grandmother *Efua*, Nora must learn that courage isn't about being fearless. It's about singing anyway. _The Voice of Nora_ is a story about poverty and hope. About a mother's sacrifice and a daughter's determination. About music that heals, and a promise that changes everything. Because sometimes, the smallest voice is the one the world needs to hear the most.

I wanted to write a Cinderella story but as I progressed the story became a bit more than that. It became a story of women who were ahead of their times, some brave, some timid and some a bit crazy. Set in rural Bengal, before the independence of India, it is a story of how ordinary folks were having their own little revolution and making new evolution.

This is a compendium of the author's Indian stage and radio plays: "Slighted Souls" is a poignant love story set in rural Telangana, beset with feudal exploitation of the downtrodden dalits. Besides forcing the dalits to toil in the fields as bonded labor without impunity, the land owning doras had no qualms in reducing the womenfolk of this ilk as sex slaves in the gadis. "Men at work on Women at work" is a tragic-comic episode depicting the fallout of sexual harassment at the workplace in the Indian urban setting with its traditional cultural underpinnings. "Castle of Despair", built on the slippery ground of man's innate urge for one-upmanship, portrays its facade of falsity on the grand stage of human tragedy. The radio play, "Love on Hold", lends voice to the felt anxieties of a man and a woman as their old flame gets rekindled and the dilemmas of possession faced by the couple in a conservative cultural background. Dedicated with boundless gratitude to the peerless Chatla Sreeramulu, the director-actor of Telugu theatre, who had opened the wide windows to the grand stage the sneaking view of which enabled me to shape these plays.
