JeevanVeel
On December 12, Veel, an authentic video marketing platform, celebrated a landmark moment as it appeared on the iconic screens of Times Square, New York. The feature marked a powerful milestone for the rapidly growing platform and the global creator economy it supports.
Founded in 2022 as a small product research initiative in Kathmandu, Nepal, Veel has evolved into a global platform empowering creators and enabling seamless brand collaborations worldwide. Built on real conversations, community feedback, and creator-first innovation, Veel officially launched across the U.S. and Canada on April 8, 2024, onboarding over 2,000 creators and multiple businesses within its early phase.
With a clear mission to simplify creator-brand collaboration, Veel expanded globally to 121 countries on August 29, 2024. Today, creators can monetize their content globally, receive payments in local currencies, and collaborate effortlessly with brands across major global markets including Paris, Milan, New York, and London.
The Times Square feature represents more than brand visibility-it celebrates the dedication of the Veel team, the creators and brands shaping its ecosystem, and the growing creator economy worldwide. Alongside this achievement, Veel also unveiled its refreshed web platform and launched the Veel Mobile App, introducing four core features that deliver an end-to-end solution for managing UGC, influencer campaigns, payments, and performance analytics.
The launch was commemorated by His Excellency Dean R. Thompson, U.S. Ambassador to Nepal, who highlighted Veel as a strong example of the U.S.-Nepal technology partnership. Founded by Nepali-American entrepreneur Dileep Dhakal, Veel continues to serve as a global bridge between brands and creators.
The Times Square moment stands as a symbol of ambition, growth, and what is possible when innovation meets purpose-marking not just a milestone, but the beginning of Veel's next chapter.
