So I was basically having one of them days, and I guess I was supposed to be doing revision but.... when I am upset (and i was really down that day) I dont really have a thing to help, i dont like ranting to people so i was just experimenting with ways to keep me calm and on track so i wrote a couple poems and the person i showed it too really liked it so i wanted to share this one. hope you like it and excuse any grammar mistakes they are my achilles heel.

These are a few of my write ups that i could say are quite influential. i made this back in fifth grade. since then, i enjoyed writing. so, i hope i could make a difference. Enjoy! :)

They meaning your parents, teachers, friends, and etc. have told you from a young age to be yourself, but then say the contradicting statement of being part of the group. To what degree does someone change oneself to follow the norm? In Alarcon's sestina explore how society dictates and does not in ones life and if their is a healthy medium of remaining oneself and being part of a group.

Assalam-o-alikum No hard feelings regarding the story that I am sharing. It's just a story that will keep you indulge in the real world of so called perfections, real family and pissimistic idea of pure character in Muslim families. This will remind you the life of individuals in a male dominant society who interpret and relate Quran and Sunnah according to their views (which actually suit to their own ideas). Let me remind you, this novel is not like other FANTASY. It's REALITY that muslim women are facing in the name ISLAM I dedicate this novel to all women specially my mother. This is something I wrote for my English class, and ended up actually being impressed with it. I don't own Shakespeare or Macbeth (obviously) however I think this little "sequel" if you will, play along really well with it, and hopefully if you take the time to read this all, it will open your mind to a few things. Rhyming, 5-stanza storyline poems, each seemingly following an everyday plot until the very last line. All of the poems are about acceptable, common ideology in society, with huge, norm-breaking twists at the end. This shows how we never really can expect what happens under the surface-or on the surface.

The transition between childhood to adulthood is examined alongside the simultaneously prevalent, vehement, and malevoent corruption. Composition consists of four line quatrains with an ABAB rhyme and a triplet to finish.
