An academic essay in which I explore the influence of Superhero media and culture on the American people through the sociopolitical, sociological, psychological, and criminological academic disciplinary lenses. It's a long essay I worked my butt off on and frankly, it's awesome. The cover took forever with my simple paint program.

Far off the beaten path lies the half-destroyed planet of Letrius. The indigenous mountain people, inhabitants in widespread villages, impoverished workers living between the castle walls, and royalty ignore or barely tolerate each other. The arrival and coronation of the oversized robot, smashes apart the delicate planetary balance by expanding its power. Will the people fight back and destroy the "robot kingdom?" This sociological sci-fi work explores the lives of those under oppression and what they decided to do about it. Includes two bonus short stories.

[Finished and being edited] Once captured by a distraught king, a fierce warrior is forced to choose between saving his family or his country. But choices are never that simple. *** Book 1 of The War of Fire and Ice. The centuries-long war between Fire and Ice has reached an uneasy standstill; but, as time progresses, that newfound peace starts cracking. Thorn, a good warrior with a dark past, has been captured by the crazed Fire King who will spout Machiavellian ideals to obtain the item he desperately requires. However, the king carries a heavy burden that the rest of his court are more than happy to take advantage of. Meanwhile, panic blooms throughout Ice as Thorn's absence creates a hole that their king and Thorn's wife are unable to fill. Seeking to unite their divided kingdom, the Ice King and his close subjects search for ways to survive the upcoming war. There is more than one layer to the Kingdoms' troubles. There is more than one issue in the rulers' hearts. There is more than one outcome of right or wrong. And sometimes, death is the only answer.
