The school's principle said slowly as I glared at him finding his uncomfortable shift in his seat to be a sign I was successfully staring him down. I had been working on it. "She assaulted and threatened a fellow student, Spencer Hollick, earlier today and that is why I needed to bring you in for this meeting to talk about your daughter's place at St Germaine's High School." "Um actually it's Mr. and Mrs. Roberts." My foster mom corrected. "And she's not our daughter. We're just fostering her." I glared at her. "Well Mr. and Mrs. Roberts like I said I have brought you in to discuss your- Blair's place at St Germaine's high in that she no longer has one. We do not condone physical violence or threats at this school and since this is not her first offense." He starred right at me with a look that made me clench my fists as to not murder him on the spot. "Blair Cain you are officially expelled." ***** Blair Cain is a young teenager who managed to get kicked out of every school in Connecticut. Their only choice now, boarding school. Christian boarding school to be exact. Blair, the troubled seeming sociopath, must learn to fit in at this new school full of prissy perfect rich kids. Can she make it through the year? Or is she destined to get kicked out of this school too? This story follows a young teenager, with unknown birth parents, a rebel personality, and a lack of the human empathy, on the most difficult journey of her life. Surviving Christian boarding school. Follow Blair through high school after being diagnosed a sociopath. And a break through that suggests otherwise.

Murder is everywhere during the peculiar month of October for 17 year old Dea Montgomery. Now despite what you think, Dea isn't your average teenage girl after several incidents during her middle school years, Dea was diagnosed a sociopath. This diagnosis posed several problems with her proud and high standing parents, without a second thought they sent Dea away to a boarding school for gifted young ladies, this school had an excellent track record and was named "Ms. Lochharts home for gifted young women". After several months of quiet studying and few social interactions, the small town is struck by a series of murders during the month of October. And now the murderer is coming for Dea, and he won't stop until he has her.

The two are well-experienced. They work well together and have solved hundreds of cases, with few remaining unsolved. But when a case goes wrong and Dan falls into danger, can Phil save him?
