She moved on to the Eastern side of town where the Greasers ruled since she couldn't afford to live on the West side. There, she met Sodapop Curtis at the gas station he worked at. He was the most attractive man Shirley had ever seen. When she also becomes friends with a sweet Johnny Cade, she realizes how small her new town is as she constantly runs into who everyones calls 'the sweetheart Greaser'.

Alaina Curtis has always tried to keep her brothers together, the arguing had only gotten worse ever since Dally and Johnny's deaths. She feared that she would soon break, and no one would be there to save her. (This takes place after Johnny and Dally's deaths. I do not own any characters except for Alaina)

The story follows Baylee Curtis, the youngest of the crew. How the death of her parents and being raised by her brothers and the gang on the east side affected her everyday life. Growing up Greaser isn't easy, especially for a twelve-year-old girl who's desperate to belong yet determined to prove she can stand on her own. Every day is a balancing act. Between childhood and survival, between loyalty and danger, between keeping quiet and fighting back. With tensions rising between the Socs and the Greasers, Baylee finds herself pulled deeper into a world of violence, secrets, and choices that no kid should have to make. If she slips up, even once, the state could step in and tear her family apart for good. Can Baylee keep herself out of trouble long enough to hold her family together? Or will the streets of Tulsa swallow her whole? This is a fan fiction based on the book/movie 'The Outsiders'. I do not own any of the original main characters from either series. This is the first fan fiction that I have ever written, and let it be known I am not an English major, so I apologize in advance for any grammatical or punctuational errors. I was new in town and I didn't get the leather jackets and rumbles. I didn't see why it mattered so much. Then two Greasers, a hood and a charmer, taught me that it was all they knew. It was like their sky. You look up and it surrounds you and the sky is different colors in different places, but it's all just a sky. Theirs were red skies and mine were blue.

Valerie Cade is the seventeen-year-old sister of Johnny Cade. She wants nothing more than to keep her brother safe, although being able to call Dallas Winston her boyfriend might be a close second. However when she's uprooted to Tulsa and her Dad picks up a case on Oklaholmas worst behaved teen will she stay so perfect?

JULIET CURTIS HATED SHAKESPEARE. She hated the guy from the moment she found out her mother named her after the starring lady in one of his tragic tales. She couldn't wrap her head around how something could take such a dark turn in just a few pages. It seemed unrealistic, purely a fantasy. Oh how wrong she was. Her own life would take a tragic turn just like the Shakespearean plays. There were no jousts, beheadings, or poison, but there was death and more than one. Most of them she had no involvement in, but one. Dallas Winston was dead because Juliet loved him and he loved her back. Dallas loved very little, but when he did he loved hard. It's what made his end so ill-fated, Juliet's just the same. Their tale was truly just another Shakespearean tragedy.
