Shirley Davis moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma from Denver, Colorado to get away from the busy uptown life. She moved on to the Eastern side of town where the Greasers ruled since she couldn't afford to live on the West side. There, she met Sodapop Curtis at the gas station he worked at. He was the most attractive man Shirley had ever seen. When she also becomes friends with a sweet Johnny Cade, she realizes how small her new town is as she constantly runs into who everyones calls 'the sweetheart Greaser'.

"The name situation is a disaster. Khloeigh Curtis-Winston? That doesn't sound like a person. That sounds like a brand of industrial laundry detergent you buy at the five and dime to scrub oil stains off the garage floor." Khloeigh Curtis has a lot to deal with. She has to survive living with three chaotic brothers, endure Twobit's non-stop roasts about her name spelling (courtesy of her original father, though her mom really tried to make it Chloe, she obviously didn't win), and somehow stretch a weekly snack and fun budget on part time diner tips.But her real full-time job? Keeping Dallas Winston out of the county jail. A 1960s Tulsa slic of life romance about a broke greasergirl, her chaotic twin brother, a very dramatic fourteen-year-old Ponyboy, and the reckless boy she can't stop bailing out of trouble.(No death, no fountain scene, no church fire, no tears! yayyy!.)

Alaina Curtis has always tried to keep her brothers together, the arguing had only gotten worse ever since Dally and Johnny's deaths. She feared that she would soon break, and no one would be there to save her. (This takes place after Johnny and Dally's deaths. I do not own any characters except for Alaina)

Other than the beginning,just a bunch of oneshots of Baby Curtis,who is a character I made up nad Ponyboys twin.If you're not enjoying the first few parts (which I wouldn't be surprised if you weren't) please skip to the standalone chapters they are significantly better.Anyway,hope you enjoy! This is a story I wrote from the perspective of "Sylvia" from S.E. Hinton's novel, "The Outsiders". I dived into how she met Dallas Winston, their dynamic, and how the events from the original novel impacted her. Please keep in mind that this is my first time writing something like this!! Sodapop had just gotten cheated on by his girlfriend of a few years, and she was moving to Florida to live with her grandmother. It wasn't like Sodapop was angry, though. He was willing to forgive her and move past it, even though she was pregnant with another man's baby. He still loved her. He had been planning to marry her and everything. But clearly commitment scared her. It scared her so bad that she ran off and returned all of Sodapop's letters unopened. Every letter that declared his love for her, every letter that begged her to come back to him. Steve got fed up with seeing Sodapop moping around over some girl. Steve would never be that in love with a girl. He never was too fond of them. He had Evie, but their relationship was weird. He took her out and they did couple things in public, but otherwise they didn't talk much. In fact, Evie seemed more into Sodapop than she did Steve. But it made sense. Ponyboy was too young, Darry was too old, and Sodapop was taken when she started "dating" Steve. So what was the next best thing? Dating Sodapop's best friend. She only really went out with Steve when Sodapop would be around too, it was too fucking obvious. And Steve didn't care at all. He never felt for her like he said he did. Women were a waste of time anyway. He'd rather spend his time out with the gang; and more importantly his best friend. Steve would rather be roughhousing and drag racing and fooling around with Sodapop than dating any woman. His best friend was more important to Steve than any dame was. His best friend, who was laying around moping like an idiot over some girl. Sandy was never that hot anyway. She wasn't fun to be around or anything. Steve didn't get it. Steve was smart, but he never understood relationships like that. What was so great about being tied to someone like that? He didn't get relationships, but he fully understood loyalty and affection for Sodapop. He understood love. Kinda. Sort of. He loved cars and Sodapop. That counted.

After her parents died like ponyboys, she move In with them, he parents had always liked ponyboys parents and were great friends. when someone finds out her love for ponyboy will things go downhill? will she run away? or will she just have to get though it and maybe he'll like her back?

Leila moved to Tulsa for the summer. She thought it was just a little stay for a couple of months then she's back to her home and favorite place in the world, New york.
