Nico has just touched down in Italy after publicly coming out to his father, and leaving his boyfriend, Will back in America. To make matters worse, the kids at his old school aren't exactly a step up from the old ones.

This is a solangelo highschool au where Nico is diagnosed with tourettes syndrome. Hi, I'm Nico, my life hasn't been easy this far, but things are finally starting to clear up. I'm diagnosed with tourettes syndrome, I'm not going to lie, it's hell, but I'm working through it, it could always be worse, right? I'm a lot better now than I was a few years ago, but it's still pretty noticeable. I'm 15 years old, I'm in ninth, soon tenth grade, and I'm just a normal teenager... Pff who am I kidding, we all know that's not true, I've lost all of my family, my life has been a living hell, but what can you do? I'm able to live with it, so I'm just happy that all this happened to me, and not to someone who wasn't able to deal with it. Some words you'll need: Tourettes syndrom: a mental illness (Im not 100% sure that it is an illness but something along those lines, but I think thats what they told me) that makes you do involuntary movements/sounds. In media people often focus on those few that say swear words, but few have these kinds of tics. People with tourettes syndrome also often get extra struggles such as ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression, OCD etc. Tic(s): an involuntary movement or sound

Nico's only escape is tattoo parlors, motorcycles, and swearing in Italian. Will's having the perfect life. His mom and dad, Delia Solace and Fred Apollo, are separated, but Will doesn't mind. He's studying to go to medical school and has a few close friends (even if those friends are thieves and pranksters). When Nico moves into the old house next to Will's, Will wants nothing to do with him. But sometimes, that gets the opposite results. A murder is just around the corner, and both boys will need each other to get through it. But the tension grows, and all forces are against them. A death could come at the flip of a coin. With tear-wrenching heartbreak, laugh-building sarcastics, and the close, shy love that is polar opposites, Seams Undone will take your heart, tear it apart, and put it back together in the way that only Solangelo can.

It's not a secret that he's gay, but he still has trouble getting a boyfriend. As if he was a delicate flower, so beautiful but only admired from a distance. He doesn't just have his beauty, he uses it. He was forced into the pageant world at the age of two, and has never lost a single one. Mountains of trophies, and piles of vests, that would be how to describe his life. But despite being all that he is miserable and stuck. His mother places endless amounts of pain and confusion on him, his father isn't even there, and he struggles with life and himself in general. Then Will Solace the golden boy at his new school catches his interests. And despite all the warnings set for him about dating limits he wants him. And like his pageants he will have him.
