Everything was bathed in blood-red hue. She saw remnants of what could only be described as Arlathan. Beautiful cities are now laying in ruin. She slowly walked through the torn streets cautiously, constantly looking around thinking something was going to pop up and ambush her. But her thoughts were interrupted by the sound of a monstrous roar. Several actually and the sound of a wolf. Amanatha sprinted towards the sounds, leaping over and sliding under the debris until she found herself blocked by what appeared to be mutated plants. The roars sounded again, and she spotted the source ahead. She saw what looked to be several corrupt dragons, even more massive than the dragons in the waking world. Something stirred within her. Something familiar and terrifying. A dark howl ripped through the sky. It was defiant but singular and radiated a power she had not felt before, yet it was familiar. Following a lot of the Dragon Age game series storyline by Bioware but with a twist... A young Dalish girl's clan is slaughtered by Tevinter mages but they take the girl as a slave and burns Lyrium into her skin. (Yes, like a certain angsty porcupine we know.) Before the girl is taken to Tevinter she over powers the mages with her new abilities and is found by a group of Templars. Not knowing what to do with the girl they take her back to the Ferelden Circle of Magi where she later on meets the Grey Warden... She's bi so she'll blush at anyone who flirts with her, like most of Dragon Age characters. Her romance won't happen until Veilguard. I originally started writing this to help get Dragon Age out of my system but it's starting to make my love for it grow stronger and I wish to share it with others. I'm open to any lore corrections. I unfortunately don't have any of the books so some of the lore may be lost to me but I'll try my best with the knowledge I've gained from the games, series and movie. Mahanon was born into the Lavellan clan of the dalish the clan noticed his skill with bows and daggers the sneakiness did help his case a bit when the keeper sent him to spy at the Divine Conclave. he didn't expect being the sole survivor let alone meeting a Tevinter mage

Inen was a regular human being in the regular world, an art major, spending time drawing dragon age fanart. When she woke up to cassandra yelling at her, a big green breach in the sky and pointy ears. She is stuck here now, in Thedas. But she knows so much, she knows Solas isnt who he pretends to be, she knows what is bound to happen. But letting Haven get destroyed again ? What if it could be avoided ? What if she could make new choices with the knowledge she has ? How would the companions react to finding out Inen is from another world ? NOTE: The story doesnt quite stick to that of the game, more and more as the story progresses. Because her presence influences the world and because looking for the exact dialogue for every scene is exhausting.
