A retelling of Inquisitor Lavellan's time with the Inquisition. I mostly follow the sequence of the game, filling in blanks as I find suitable, but I do sometimes alter dialogues or the chronological order of events. The story focuses mainly on the romance but I aim to write up fun stories from Lavellan's quests in Thedas as well. May eventually contain mature content, but I am taking the story slow. Rain in the Hinterlands is never a good sign, with the cold frosty air mixed in with the freezing rain, you and Solas couldn't stay outside forever..

This is a story of the aftermath of Solas' (Egghead's) romance. Where a beautiful, witty elf deals with the fact that she's in love with a lunatic God of Rebellion who wants to destroy the world. This witty elf is called "Alassiel lavellan" or "Lass" to her friends. Read how Lass will fix her selfish, smart and mysterious boyfriend's mess. - This world is from Dragon age: Inquisition, I do not own any of the characters except for Lass.

Halam'shivanas - the sweet sacrifice of duty. All her life, Ellana of Clan Lavellan has been bound by her duty as First, the eventual Keeper of her clan. A mage in a world which fears her as much as it reveres her, she's felt separate from everyone in her clan except her twin brother, Mahanon. When Mahanon goes to spy on the Mage-Templar Conclave, she knows something will go wrong, and it does. The Conclave is destroyed, and everyone is killed. Except her brother. Mahanon is called the Herald of Andraste, and celebrated by the humans. Ellana can't leave her brother alone, and so joins him in the Inquisition, where she meets a strange elf - Solas. Intrigued by this apostate, Ellana is drawn to him, an elf of no Dalish clan but with knowledge that is explained only by his journeys in the Fade. As she and Solas become more intertwined, Ellana must deal with the Inquisition, and the forces seeking to destroy it - and her brother.

Spoiler warning ! In the midst of the chaos a new unlikely hero emerge and Solas world is dramatically changed. What started out as curiosity might end up killing the .......... cat. With her arm gone and her heart broken Evangeline Lavellan still hopes Solas will return to her one day.

She dreams of a man, then. She feels that she knows him, somehow. Something about him so distinctly familiar and sad. His head is turned toward the sun, his legs crossed as they sit on a slanted rooftop and draw circles in the snow, like children. She draws her legs up to her chin and smiles into her knees because she thinks he's handsome, and because there are snowflakes collecting on his bald head. "Ilensul," he says warmly, without looking away from the sky, "That cloud there. What does it look like to you?" She looks up to where his finger is pointing, the outline of the cloud relatively unclear. But she plays the game. "Like...a wolf?" she guesses. He cocks his head to the side, and the snowflakes fall off. He remains silent for a long time, and then he turns, only enough for her to see his small smile. Only enough to cause a flutter in her stomach. "Like a wolf." He repeats.

After the demise of the dreaded Corypheus by The Inquisition, Lavellan is left pleading with the Maker, Andraste and anyone else who might listen to allow her the one thing she's lost along the way. When I was a little girl I had always dreamt of glass cities shimmering gold in the sunlight and magic so thick in the air you could feel the hum vibrating in your skin. A day when ancient elves could once again reign free in their golden cities with their heads held high in all of their glory. Everyone in my clan thought I was a naive idealist. Whenever my Keeper, Deshanna, would bring us closer to one of the ancient ruins, I would sneak away for hours and just wander around the place imagining what it was like a thousand years ago. Where the structure of the building didn't hold together over the passing of time, I would use my imagination to picture what the room could be. I would envision that the high walls transformed themselves into the entrance to a grand ballroom. People from all over the world would come to this place to dance throughout the night. Everyone would be dripping in the most lavish gowns and as music filled the halls playing lightly over the voices of people mingling. I would dance along with them in the ballroom until I would be collected for dinner. I become so enthralled with the idea of the ancient people, I didn't tell anyone when I finally found one.

Vanora Lavellan used to enjoy her days wandering the forest, hunting, running, and being the free, wild spirit she is. That all changes when her Keeper sends her to the Conclave to spy on the shemlens of the Chantry. Next thing she knows she's in a cell being interrogated by two scary woman. The kicker?
