A short story wherein two lovers has a lot of responsibilities making them only meet once a year. - This story was inspired by one of my favorite artist, geiko about her song called Sol at Luna. All credits to the rightful person. TW: errors and grammatical mistakes.

Totoo nga ba ang love? Totoo nga ba na sa dinami dami ng tao sa mundo ay may nakalaan para sa'yo? Isang taong patuloy ka parin mamahalin kahit na alam niya ang buong pagkatao mo? Love, yan ang lagi kong naririnig at nakikita sa paligid. Pero teka, ano nga ba ang pag ibig? Dahil hindi ko pa naman ito nasusubukan yan. Kasi hindi ako naniniwala sa pag ibig na may nakatakdang taong para sa iyo. So dapat na ba tayong maniwala sa hangin? Kay cupid? Na may dadating na tao sa buhay natin? Iaasa mo na lang na may tutulak sa kanya papunta sa iyo? Para sa akin, katangahan ang umibig sa isang tao na kaya mong ibigay ang lahat nang gusto niya to the point na okay lang sayo na wala nang natira kahit kunti para sa sarili mo basta makita lang nilang masaya ang Mahal nila. Katangahan na maghintay sa taong hindi mo kilala, hindi mo alam kung kailan dadating. Paano kung walang taong nakatakda para sayo?

They always meet at the bus stop, waiting not just for a bus, but for something enchanting. One is a step ahead. The other, a couple of steps farther, further. A tiny space always existed between them. A tiny space was made to exist in between them. But she felt something on her chest. That one night. Was it just a vibration due to the low-pitch bass coming from the speakers? Or was it their hearts screaming each other's names endlessly? Despite the loud crowd, Can they harmonize with each other's heartbeat? Or will it just be an unsung melody on repeat?

Like the two primary celestial bodies known in earth, sun and moon, they both face each day, known as a battle with loneliness, bravely. Just the thought of the other being stationary gives both of them strengths to carry on. Universe perfectly made them for each other, but distance was also made to exist in between them. It was always a matter of chase-and-miss; never a hold-and-kiss. Could it be that fate was never their friend or is it just time wasn't looking at them?
