Colby comes from a broken home and gets put into the foster system. He believes that the world is dule and that it doesn't matter if he lives in it or not. His best friend, Sam, has to show him that a little gay rainbow can make a world of grayness better than before.

Samuel Golbach is too sweet for his own good, almost like sugar. This is a Solby story based on the song quote "And if you're under him, you ain't getting over him" from the song "New Rules" by Dua Lipa. The story follows Sam, who wants to be more than friends with his best friend for life, Colby. But after he tells him, Colby thinks of something different. They agreed to be friends with benefits, but after waiting for something to happen, Sam wants to move on and get into a real relationship. The story starts when Sam wakes up in Colby's bed...again.
