But she faces an unforgiving postapocalyptic wastleland, also known as the Commonwealth. In a world ravaged by radiated creatures, mutated humans, and hostile locals, will she achieve her goal, and ultimately, find happiness at last?

What does two centuries of quiet radiation exposure do to a man? Hancock can't help but wonder. His wondering comes to an end when Mercer returns to The Glowing Sea.

A Piper/Female Sole Survivor fluff-fic. Piper reminds Nora that New Years is coming up... as in, in a few hours. With some rushed decorating and food prep, and a sort-of-steamy kiss, the holiday ends on a good note.

A second person point of view one-shot dedicated to John Hancock of Fallout 4, a ghoul that's has stolen my heart. It's Christmas during the Nuclear Fallout and you were just a little bit drunk. A walk home with the good mayor of Goodneighbor couldn't be too bad.

Daniel's a character, if not a tad unpredictable. He's old without the wrinkles to show for it, and young in a world he never lived in. Because of this, Nick's head is consistently spun around when he expects a wasteland-fueled blab, and instead gets a level-headed response.

What happens to the sole survivor after the loss of his son. How does he cope after everything he used to know and loves is gone. Set after the events of Fallout 4. (Spoilers, obviously) Sole survivor goes by Nate.

Annabel - 'Blue' - was once a soldier, but she disappeared from the steel warriors and lost herself in the dust. She was a broken husk after she pulled the trigger on Danse, the man who had taught her how to carve a path for herself in the wastes. She was forced to obey the man she loved, obey Elder Maxson, and she broke. But little did the Commonwealth know, little did the Elder of the Brotherhood know, she was broken long before the bombs destroyed her world. She was broken and couldn't be fixed in her suburban life, but the wasteland is a forge and she welcomes the flames. When the Elder comes barrelling back into her life, the last thing she expects him to offer her is a second chance at life. To have a family and a home. Except Maxson doesn't know what she knows and the consequences of their choices demand recompense. A war is brewing and a leader is rising. If someone had told you that you would become a war hero, you would've laughed in their face. After all, you were a housewife and a mother who just got her law degree. Why would someone like you ever need to fight? Everything changed when the bombs dropped. You and your family rushed to the nearest Vault thinking you'd find salvation. You were partly right, the Vault did protect you from the bombs by placing you in cyrostasis, but you would also lose everything you held dear to your heart. After finally escaping the pod that you were put in, you ventured out into the Commonwealth where you quickly earned a reputation. People trusted you, believed in you, looked up to you. But it wasn't enough. (Takes place near the end of Fallout 4, starts somewhere in Season 2 of TWD)

Life was hard. John knew that, especially in the wasteland of Post-Apocalyptic America. If the act of being born didn't kill you Raiders, The Institute, lack of food or clean water probably would. In fact, most things could easily lay claim to your life; an angry father, an aggressive older brother, a jaded ex-girl. It was decidedly no place for an empathetic human. Which made John wonder... why had he been born at all? The second and final (?) piece in the collection

The sole survivor reminisces about her husband while dancing to their song in her new home. This is a little thing I wrote after having a somewhat real moment while playing Fallout 4. I am playing survival mode, so the roleplay aspect has become a bigger part of how I play because I approach things more methodically like I would in real life. The husband is based on someone I love (and the sole survivor based on me), so the emotions channelled were me imagining what it would be like to lose someone the way the sole survivor did. Basically what happened was "This Magic Moment" by The Drifters & Ben E. King came on Darkstar Radio (a great radio mod, check it out) and I was getting really into character at this point so I sort of made up this story that the song was the sole survivor and her husbands song. Then I was sort of dancing in game to it, creating the story in my mind. I wish I was a better writer so I could really get the emotions across but whatever, here it is! Hope you enjoy!
