You can make quick friends or yell at someone in the line. But apartments are apartments, no matter how you look at them. You just have to make it work. Karkat is mute. Well that's not exactly his fault, but when he arrives at a new school. He starts feeling like this must've been his fault. Of course there is no way to change that factor of himself. He starts just trying to ignore people, but soon enough someone walks into his life. He was there all along, but he never could interfer. Not until now.
