A collection of poems I have wrote, some sad, some not. I'm kinda new to writing poetry, and most of mine are written in an hour, so please keep that in mind and be nice, your welcome to critique and give advice though! Some of these are about my friends or my girlfriend so the chapters will go back and forth between being sad or not, also I like bringing awareness to mental health issues so a lot are based of that

Poetry ♡ Where I try to define the moments that define us. The moments in between, the moments between sleep and oblivion. Where you and I are under one blue sky, where the blue fades into red and the soft strokes of purple become visible. Where we pull away and become something bigger than our stupid towns and the lurking anger of society. Where you and I find solace in the same place.

As I consider the adage "lit from both ends," I compare the parallels between this saying and my life, as well as the implications to my history and destiny.

Not finished, don't know how to continue it but I think what I have is good. I was very strongly trying to channel the voice of James Joyce while writing this, there's a sort of sleepy droning quality to his writing that just puts me at ease.
