This is the first of what will be a trilogy of books that follow the tragedies that made Izuku Midoriya a Villan. Izuku has started acting weirdly after the battle in Hosu city and asking questions All Might had never thought he ever would. He starts staying out late and is either late to class or doesn't come at all which causes the Pro Heroes to become worried and suspect him of becoming a villain.
