Jaykit was named after her father's sister named Bluejay- well known for her confidence despite being mute. After Bluejay was killed by a badger, Jaykit felt distraught- her hero died saving her. But she and her sisters Dapplekit and Marigoldkit go on to become great warriors- one better than the others.

From the moment she was born, Bluejay couldn't speak. She was mocked, and everyone had a close eye on her so she wouldn't get into trouble. All because of a mishap at birth. But how much longer can she stand being silent? (Disclaimer: I didn't choose the title based off Dovewing's Silence, I chose it because she can't speak)
