Verity tells him there was a terrible mining accident, that everyone else is gone, and that he was the only one who stayed by Mob's side. But Mob can't shake the feeling that something is missing. A name keeps trying to surface through the fog of his memories. Twixxel. And while Verity patiently nurses Mob back to health, he makes sure Mob never remembers the truth, or discovers that the logout button stopped working a very long time ago. Because Mob is safe now. And Verity will do anything to keep it that way.
