An unknown force has caused Sonic to change into his Werehog form. He has to hurry and find a cure, otherwise he will be permanently stuck that way. But when he heard an old tale of the "Queens Cure," he takes a chance to discover just how real this "tale" was. Little did he know the obstacles he had to overcome on his journey.
