Riley is the lost young brother of Infinite and the last member of the Jackel Squad. He's the vessel of the real Phantom Ruby. He's now on a quest for revenge for his Fallen brother and the death of his squad.

A small logo was printed on its cartridge, that being the Starline Empire's coat of arms. A badge of its autocrat himself. Finally, the Doctor seemed to get his act together, and the voice became clearer, and more sophisticated. "That should do it." The platypus cleared his throat before continuing with his monologue. "I am very pleased to announce that Operation: Conquest was a resounding success. The fall of Empire City has triggered a subsequent collapse of Team Sonic's hegemony... and the beginning of mine." Starline snickered. Everybody had always viewed him as an underling. A pawn for Dr. Eggman's great game of cat-and-mouse. Now, however... now, he had risen to the top, forcing Robotnik into exile and assuming the position of "Emperor of All Mobius"... the tyrant of the Starline Empire. "...Now... a Badnik task force reported back to me coordinates of what seems to be the Resistance's last headquarters in existence. All others have been seized by the Imperial Army or abandone. Alex and his friends along with their Bakugan will face many challenges and dangerous enemies in order to defend Mobius, Vestroia, and the Universe.

Y/N is a smart, aspiring inventor who wanted to work with life and robotics. Perhaps combining both could create a revolutionary breakthrough in Mobian history, but that will certainly change. Y/n meets Starline in an advanced academy for the gifted/intelligent and after bumping into each other. They became close friends, but went separate ways during the events of Sonic Forces to focus on their own careers. After pursuing their separate careers and trying to accomplish their dreams, Y/N finds out that an amnesiac Eggman has been returned to his old self by a certain someone.
