It is Starla's first trip back in time to when racial segregation is in effect, paranoia over communism is strong, and people are being abducted by UFOs. However, the alien behind all of this seems to have a different agenda, one that will take A LOT of convincing the bigwigs in Hollywood.

It turns out Neas's arrival in Old Detroit is not by chance. A "cyber-force" is growing under the noses of the Omni Consumer Products ("OCP") executives...one that comes from the very future that the Major had escaped. These events are the genesis of the worst war Neas had ever participated in, and he has the chance to prevent it from happening. But will fate allow him?

Well, there's the matter of two Sesame Street natives getting lost in Gotham, a determined yet dedicated police detective hot on their trail, and Candace experiencing her first-ever regeneration into Sonia, the Second Gladiator!
