While Sonic deals with a time-destroying monster, Team Midnight; consisting of Shadow, Stella, Chloe, Blair and Tierno, come together once again when their old nemesis, Black Doom, remerges and threatens to take over the world, Team Midnight must journey into Shadow's own past, confront his painful memories, face familiar foes and unlock new powers to save their world and prove why Shadow is known as the Ultimate Life Form. All the while meeting new friends and redeeming enemies.

Watch BFDI and play Crash 4 if Sonic is dissapointing you Uka Uka from Crash Bandicoot is stupid now because he confused Shadow for Sonic and is now chasing him through the game verse. This story is the finale of the phantom ruby arc.

Sonic's whole crew has been on edge since Eggman's disappearance 1 year ago. Even worse, most of them haven't seen each other or talked since the villain went missing. So what happens when Sonic's 16th birthday comes around? This story includes angst, fluff, a(probably) predictable plot twist, an asteroid, and a late birthday cake. Enjoy! Shadow the Hedgehog finally defeated his father. But as he later discovers, Black Doom had another trick up his sleeve. Shadow has to find a cure to his problems, before it's too late. Eclipse the Darkling is kept from the truth about his origins for most of his life. When he finds out he has an evil brother, he is determined to find him and get answers. (This isn't strictly 13+ and can be considered for younger audiences too! Youngest being 10.)

What if Black Doom was successful in his mission? In a twist of fate, Shadow's genes become altered from being fatally injured during his battle against Devil Doom in his own White Space once the Sonics confront the Eggmen and Time Eater, restoring the timeline to how it was. Now in hiding from everyone(Sonic included), Shadow must cope with his new alien form along with some transferred over Doom powers...all while trying to control something deadly inside that could be deadlier than Black Doom himself. The Black Arms Shadow AU formerly known as Monster Inside Me gets revived into A Hero's Two Sides, and I'm proud to finally bring this concept back with the release of Sonic X Shadow Generations, which the revisited project is now a twist on. Fair warning: there will be spoilers to the game mentioned, so I would suggest playing this peak masterpiece before reading; also including OCs belonging to @B-3NtheHedgehog.

In a timeline where Generations is for Sonic's 20th birthday, Shadow remains bitter over having to say farewell to Maria again. In the months following, the Ultimate Life-Form goes on a mission to find the power of the Time Eater to see them again. Rouge the Bat, knowing Shadow was hurting after the events of Generations, worriedly searches for him. Despite being thankful for a second chance to say goodbye, losing Maria once more overtakes Shadow with memories of their time together on the ARK...
