Maybe it's for the best. --- Manourge fanfic that takes place mainly in the Sonic Underground canon a few years later, while also being mixed with pre-reboot Archie canon(obviously). This is also part of an AU, and some characters may be a bit OOC. Though at the same time a lot of backstory is not canon (For example, Sonally is not canon here.) Warning: AU, cussing, GAY, might be some subtle sexual themes at some point.

You know how with some ships, there's one that's almost always the uke? Well, not this time! (Sonic, Silver, and Manic are male. Shadow, Mephiles, Scourge, and Fleetway are hermaphrodites) I own nothing from SEGA.

This story is about tails not wanting to go on a camping trip with sonic. but on that night Sonic and tails get lost in the woods read to find out more (I updated it so if made any mistake s tell me OK but I don't think there should be anymore)

Manic and Scourge try to keep their relationship hidden, but their love for each other cannot be contained. As they continue to fight against Robotnik and his minions, Manic and Scourge's relationship is put to the test. When Sonia is kidnapped, and Sonic sensitive to how Scourge was to him in the past,t his has been caused by Scourge's dimension travelling. But the stress and danger of the situation cause a falling out between Manic and Scourge, threatening to tear them apart. Can they overcome their differences and trust each other once again? Will their love be strong enough to survive the challenges that lie ahead? Can Scourge fix this dimension along with bringing his own back the way it was?
