I've discovered a love for sonnets due to my AP English Literature and Composition class, so I began writing sonnets about people, places, and things. These are a collection of sonnets, as well as generally poetic musings that follow my thoughts.

These poems are about love, the absence of love. the successes and failings of love, and all the good and bad things that love brings.

Poetess here! I hope you enjoy reading these poems of mine. There will be no fixed genre in this book. There are going to be many types of poems here ranging from short 3 lined haikus to 14 lined sonnets. Do read the introduction before beginning. Also, no hate comments will be entertained.

I enjoy writing poems in my free time, and especially enjoy sonnets. I will update my poems more than my short stories, as poems take me about ten minutes to write. I try my best to write well, and I apologize in advance if you find any mistakes. I do not promise to update regularly. I do not own any of the cover art, credit goes to the artists. Hope you enjoy!

Shakespeare wrote 154 sonnets. He was commissioned to write the majority of them to try and convince a friend's son to have babies basically. My sonnets are trying to convince a rebellion, a renaissance,an embracing of being human, an embracing freedom. My sonnets are anti-capitalism, whatever the hell this system is. Slavery still exists - you just get "paid." You are more than just a worker. You more than someone who has to pay bills. You are ALIVE to live, not to survive. So, here are my sonnets just about that. I am putting these in public domain because they are for humanity. I don't see myself making money off of this, and I don't care if I do or don't.

I was freakin' bored, so I decided to write... POEMS! Writing a poem is also one of my hobbies. My poems are based on my current emotions. My poems are heartily made, just for you guys! My depressing poem for english. Have been having a bad week. Finally getting to me.

This is a collection of some poems I write, Whenever I catch a black cat crossing the street, Or whenever I step on a crack; When the moon is just right, And when the wind blows to the east, I pick up the pen, And I write...
