"Uki!" Sonny screamed, his voice cracking as his knees gave out, hitting the pavement hard. Someone pulled him back, shouting words he couldn't hear, couldn't process. All he could focus on was the body lying still on the ground. Sonny's mind raced, the world spinning as he tried to make sense of it all. How had it come to this?
