She's abused and neglected of freedom by her father whilst her mother is trapped in a jail cell. Batman eventually captures the clown and makes a promise to Harley to look after the young girl named Lucy. What will happen to Lucy? Joker is after her, her mother is in jail, will Batman keep his promise. What obstacles will the young teens face along their journey of love. Will Damian Wayne discover his true and hidden feelings.
