Dos años después de desaparecer, Ayumi Fujimori ha vuelto a Japón. Al menos, eso es lo que todos creen. Ahora se hace llamar Ariché, o simplemente Ari. Ha regresado a Tokio con recuerdos que no siente completamente suyos, un cuerpo que ya no reconoce y una vida que parece haber continuado esperándola: una habitación intacta, unos padres que intentan recuperar a su hija y antiguos compañeros que todavía recuerdan a la chica que desapareció. Overpowering Friendship (Love) Overpowering Friendship is the tale of an eighth grade boy, Jackson Harlem, yearning for the newly realized feeling he has for choir classmate and friend Sonora Davis, to reciprocate his feelings. He works hard to earn her friendship and let the possibility of them becoming more, possible. Although Sonora may move an hour away and she doesn't want to date anyone until she is sixteen for personal and religious beliefs, he strives to keep their friendship strong.
