Y/n L/n-Pines is the cousin of Dipper and Mabel. During spring break, Y/n and her father travel to Aranearum to deal with the giga-spider train problem. While there, Y/n forms a partnership with a demon to assist in disposing of the train. Fortunately, she managed to survive the ordeal with only minor injuries, such as cuts, bruises, a sprained ankle, sprained hands, a sprained wrist, and a broken rib. Following the rest of the school year, Y/n goes to her mother's home before being sent to live with her great-uncles.

When Soos's younger sister, Valentina, learns that Dipper and Mable Pines are coming to stay in Gravity Falls for the summer, she is quite neutral about the news. While she would love to have a girl her own age to hangout with during her shifts at the Mystery Shack, she knows that Stan will have them counting his counter fit money and scamming tourists all summer anyway. It has been a year and four months since Dipper and Mabel Pines have visited Gravity Falls Oregon for a vacation. Last summer, they werent able to go due to their grunkle's not being back from their boating adventure, so to make up for it, Stanley Pines offered to let them stay with him for a week over christmas break. Some weirdness is at play however. Much like summertime in the town, Christmas time is not what it seems in Gravity Falls. some notes before the story starts: -this is set after the events of the series finale of the tv show. -this takes place over 2 weeks so the story will not be as long as a sumner would -dipcifica IS canon in this story. Im going to sprinkle in some elements of other ships but i like dipcifica the most.....ohwell. -Soos does not own the mystery shack (im not sure of he does in the tv show either) and rather he runs it for stan and stanley while they're off on an adventure.
