Hello fellow wanderer. Welcome to my world of poetry. In each poem I wrote here is a story in itself, some may be dark, fictional, romantic, sad or even just me pondering over things the mundane world has to offer us. Please note that I'm not an expert in writing either. I was between the age of 12-15 when I wrote some of the poems and decided to just share it too as there was no use storing it forever. There was one single sign that the house was alive with presence. A single light against the darkness of the neighborhood's dimming sunset. In the years leading up to adulthood, every adolescent questions themselves. Be it on matters of faith, personal goals, sexuality or any number of topics, prepubescence and the teen years (and even on into the adult years) can be a confusing time for almost everyone.

How do you fix something that you never broke? How can you stop bad things from happening to you? Alvar is a teenage boy that finds himself in a life crises, no matter what he does or where he is, bad things just keep happening. Often times people can look perfect on the outside but be rotten and corrupt at their core, however in Alvar's case, he really tries his best to do the right thing but things just don't work out the way he wants. Life doesn't work out the way he wants. And it's not just a clumsy trip off the curb of the road, people have died being associated with him. The occurrences are so frequent that his Abuela calls him, "Demon cursed." See through the eyes of this poor unfortunate protagonist as he tries to unravel the reasons why his life is full of tribulation.

Fallon Driver is seventeen years old and is doing what people think all teenagers do at her age; searching for herself. She has always felt different from her peers, thinking differently, acting differently. Her instincts were sharper, her thoughts, more primally focused. Her parents say it's a phase and the counselors say it's teenage hormones, but she knew better. The only person who understands how she feels is her online friend who she's never met in person. Can anyone help her find out who she is...or what? Michael Black is seventeen years old and feels exactly like Fallon does, little does she know, he has the insight about what is going on, however, he isn't allowed to speak with anyone outside of the close knit community he lives in.
