Bloodshed and cruelty. It was all he knew. Cursed to spend his life a dog to the Chapel, Darron is one of many men dragged into their army of immortal assassins. Stripped of their old life and given code names, these men spend eternity protecting the order of mankind. They are the gatekeepers and are the only line of defense against the ghouls that go bump in the night. Thousands of years spent protecting the human race he despised molded him into a shadow. His presence never truly noticed by the world, yet he's never left. Though the universe has dealt him blow after blow, Darron stands. Fiercely protective of the fragile humans he claims to hate, Darron fights against the evils of the world. He knows he must endure this war alone, but when the clumsy but courageous Anneth drops into his lap, he realizes solitude isn't what he wants anymore. And maybe those fragile little humans aren't so bad after all.

Life can fly by so fast before your very own eyes and soon you'll end up like Jace, dead and gone since the very first day he was born, which was also sadly, the day he died. Lefty never meant to lie to his friends but he couldn't tell them the truth, not even his best friend molten. (This is a story based on the famousfilms universe were lefty captures the puppet and when he does he meets charlie and wants to keep her safe from everything that could caused her harm until she moves on, This idea belongs to me but the characters and the famousfilms do not) ENJOY THE STORY!

Ashlyn was just relaxing in the forest one night, just like she had done many nights before. She felt relaxed and safe as always.
