Soul is intrigued by a blonde haired, pigtailed, green eyed girl he meets at a bookstore. And when she moves in next door to him in his crappy apartment, things take an interesting turn. But the curious thing is that the albino boy despises even the idea of books. A Soul x Maka story.

Although the child's first name was never given by Lady Akemi and Lord Kid, his middle name is known to them only: Katsuro. Unknown to anyone else as for reasons why, Lord Kid and Lady Akemi send their son off to live in a remote village in Italy, near Florence. He grows up, totally oblivious to whom he really is. This is set in a made-up village, to which I have called Ragona. It is a couple hundred miles from Florence, leaving plenty of space in between the two areas for fields, meadows, and such. Katsuro is adopted into the Del Monaco family, since he was practically a newborn, his newfound parents named him Vincenzo (Enzo, for short). Enzo grows up like any normal child in the village, helping out his parents and younger siblings when he can. He has two twin younger sisters, Rosalinda and Astrid. Vincenzo's adopted father is a blacksmith, while his mother is an innkeeper. He is completely oblivious of the fact he has the soul of a witch/meister, and has a small amount of black blood inside him. There is a small DWMA division in Florence, which he gets offered to attend. This is the story about the impossible boy, Vincenzo Katsuro Del Monaco.

"a sound soul dwells within a sound mind and a sound body" i recently started watching soul eater, and i thought some oneshots and x-readers may be in order! i'm not done with the show yet, so sorry if some things may be inaccurate. i plan on reading the manga afterwards, though! anyways, hope you enjoy!
