This is me trying to get my life rolling. I am going through a journey of healing. I am recovering from PTSD from Childhood Trauma as well as a long list of chronical medical issues such as Fibromyalgia and IBS, just to name a few. I have gone from taking 20 pills a day to taking maybe a couple of pills once every few days. In the last year I have gone from being bed ridden several days a week from chronic Migraines, to having a bad day once in a while. My moods have gone up. I am learning to enjoy life once again! And it has come from building up daily habits that enhance my life and build my confidence. I plan on doing this journal to document the ways in which my life is changing as I am going through this healing process. From the beginning, God-the ultimate Teacher-invited humanity into a living conversation. The garden was a classroom where listening and learning happened face to face. But something went wrong. The learner stopped trusting the Teacher's voice and chose to learn from other sources, fracturing the connection.I will live as if everything matters, because everything is connected. I will honor the smallest bits of creation, for they carry the seed of glory. I will restore the teacher-learner bond, walking humbly with the Divine. I will center my life on the living God, and let love radiate outward. I will work for the harmony of the whole, knowing my freedom is bound to my neighbor's. I will embody the truth that the Kingdom is not far away - it is here, within, and all around.

Author's Note At first, this text was meant for me alone. I wrote it so I wouldn't forget what I had understood, what I had felt, what I had touched with the tip of my consciousness. I needed to leave a trace. Because once words are written down, they allow us to remember more clearly. And because I know that doubt, forgetfulness, or the noise of the world can sometimes cover everything up. But the more I wrote, the more I realized how difficult it is to put this kind of reflection into words-and how much this journey requires staying both lucid, honest, and open. So I thought: maybe others are going through the same questioning. Maybe some people, somewhere, are trying to connect what they deeply feel with what they've been taught. Maybe they, too, are trying to let spirituality, science, intuition, and doubt coexist. This text does not try to teach a lesson. It doesn't claim to be right. But if it can support a reflection, or express in words what someone hadn't yet been able to say, then it will have meant something beyond me.

This piece was much different than anything I had written before , and came to me much stronger from far outside of myself. It was really incredible experience, and the first of many more along my journey finding out I was channeling messages from beyond my own mind. Hello, my name is Rachel! I have decided to start writing on this account as as way of expressing my thoughts and emotions. If anyone relates or is inspired, I would love to interact with you. If nobody ever reads a word I post here, that will be okay too. I am at a point in my life where I am feeling a complex dichotomy of inspirations. It's like, I have all this creative potential waiting to be tapped into and at the same time, where will it go? With every word and every emotion, it comes and goes and it is gone so fast, before I can truly understand what the meaning is. This is my way of collecting and releasing my expressive potential. Sometimes I feel like a caged animal in the winter, staying inside my safe den out of the elements. But I so miss the wild, I miss the fresh air and I miss the breeze and I miss the sky. December always throws me off balance, but this time around I am exploring ways to let my soul reach out and soar into the unknown. As I walk down the street in my fluffy parka, I see the birds out even in this frigid weather. Watching them take flight together has inspired me. Something in my soul is touched by the way they ascend into the blue with such lightness; even on the coldest of days they're out there and they are free. I want to release myself from the prison of limiting beliefs I hold on to. I want to reach out and shake hands with my shadow. In realizing myself I think I will learn a lot about every man's soul. I don't know where this journey is taking me but I know I am starting right here. Nothing will hold me back anymore.
