In a world where each person is born with a unique tattoo someone on their body, and when you meet your soulmate their tattoo appears on your body. Sam is an outcast, who hates socializing. Owen is the most popular boy at school who thrives off the attention of others. Both have two tattoos, their own, and their soulmates. They're some of the only people in the world who have met their soulmate. Problem is... They don't know who the other tattoo belongs to.
