Soul Reaver, conta a historia de raziel, um dos tenentes vampiros de Lorde Kain que, executado à mando de seu mestre, retorna do outro mundo como um espectro. Tal forma fantasmagórica lhe é conferida por uma "divindade" misteriosa conhecida apenas como "The Elder God" (O Deus Ancião), o qual o faz para que Raziel torne-se um "Soul Reaver" (algo como um "Ceifador de Almas") e assim possa obter sua vingança.

I'm making this game on unity, but i thought i would make a novel version. Not long after Kain's battle with the Elder god in L.O.K: Defiance, Kain travels back to the Sarafan stronghold to find a way to free Raziel once more. the elder god is still alive, and he won't stop until his 'shadows on invisible strings' finally outmaneuver Kain... there is much to be done... VAE VICTIS!!

The cycle never ends, Nosgoth needs a saviour. Kain knew what his denying of the sacrifice would bring to the world, but he never knew he would be the one to clean up his own mess.
